Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days before shipment.

Shipping Time
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking so you can follow your package the whole way home. Please allow a few hours after your label is created for tracking updates to start showing. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days within the U.S.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
MCLA Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they've left our hands.

Address Issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to make changes once an order has shipped, and we are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is marked undeliverable or returned to sender by USPS, the order will be canceled and refunded as store credit once we receive and process the return.
