Refund policy

At MCLA Beauty, your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a refund within 5 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Because our products are cosmetics, opened or used lip glosses and liners are non-refundable for hygiene and safety reasons.

To request a refund, email us at contactmclabeauty@gmail.com with your order number and details about the issue, including photos if applicable. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

For exchanges, we offer a replacement of equal value if you contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. If your item arrives damaged or defective, reach out right away and we'll take care of a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
